Data volume analysis across multiple large SAP systems Configuring both standard and custom Archive objects Monitor Archiving jobs for effectiveness & completeness Re-evaluate and update Archiving jobs to optimize existing run Expand the practice and build a team of junior resources Skills Required 5 years of experience in SAP Data Archiving. Should have worked in at least 1 Archiving project Experience leading a team Data retention/deletion policy experience is desired Data deletion tool (especially SAP ILM) experience is desired SAP ABAP programming experience a plus Ability to handle conflicting and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and closure. Strong oral and written English communication skills. Continuous improvement mindset with strong analysis and problem-solving skills. Passion for automation and driving work process efficiency is desired
