- Main technical skills / experience needed:
- Hands on experience in BW on HANA 7.5 including:
- Understanding LSA and LSA++
- Designing and building data models and data flows using Infoobjects, aDSOs, Composite providers, OpenHubs, transformations, DTPs, datasources (both: standard and custom), infosources
- Building BW Queries and Web Applications using BEx Web Application Designer
- Analysis office
- Broadcasting
- Hands on experience in SAP S/4 HANA
- ABAP programming skills:
- Creating routines in transformations
- Creating user exit variables for Bex queries
- Creating function module extractors in ABAP
- knowledge of ECC: processes like material management, Logistics, LO extractions etc.
- SQL knowledge
- SAC knowledge/ hands on
- Main tasks that person will be involved in:
- Support for competency development ( plan for competency roadmap)
- PoC ideas and thoughts,
- Published White papers / blogs
- Requirement gathering, Analysis, Preparation of functional & Technical specification
- Ability to mentor/develop/guide/consult fellow developers
- Migration of data models from classic BW objects (DSO, Infocube, Multiprovider) into SAP BW on HANA objects (aDSOs, Composite providers, mixed scenarios involving HANA views if necessary)
- Preparing architecture slides and discussing them with System Architect, maintaining documentation of implemented changes, providing handover of implemented changes to Maintenance and Support Team
